Vision
ENR’s arm for advancing own projects, as dictated by the long-/short-term strategies and business plans, till successful completion.

Mission
To establish and enact a project management methodology that comprises standard and repeatable processes to guide ENR project performance from conception till completion.


Also, establish standardized project management “deliverables” to assure consistency amongst various ENR projects, departments and agencies.
To act as a focal point of project monitoring an evaluation of projects funded by international funding agencies. To provide a channel of communication for project status to key ENR personnel (CEO, PMU director, functional managers, project managers, etc).
Also, actively participate in project governance and facilitate the decision-making process by top officials in response to emerging project hardships.
To positively interact with existing ENR sectors/divisions/departments/agencies for the proper delivery of ENR projects and achievement of pre-defined goals and objectives.
In such context, the various entities will provide standardized inputs to PMU contact persons, and as defined by PMU, while PMU establishes and improves on requirements asked for and their means of delivery.
To establish metrics for inter-project performance evaluation and continuous practice improvement. To establish internal procedures for mentoring of newcomers for sustainable PMU operation. Also, conduct project management training for PMU and ENR personnel at large.
